Happy Staff, Great Service; 3 things that make staff love working for you

Happy, engaged, motivated staff produce their best work, and as a result deliver great service. At Your Therapy our staff are at the heart of what we do. We understand the value and talent of our staff and through 3 key aspects, strive to create an environment and culture that reflects that.

Autonomy

At Your Therapy we view our staff as partners rather than employees. We recognize each of our clinicians brings with them their own set of unique experiences, interests and clinical values.

Research demonstrates that for experienced staff members; the degree

of autonomy directly correlates with performance.

We are not interested in imposing set treatment plans, booking targets, interventions or equipment prescription. Our clinicians are granted the freedom to choose, in all aspects of their treatment; using their own clinical principles, skills and experience. The result is an autonomous, motivated and energized member of staff. Staff who love and are committed to what they do, take high ownership and deliver high quality services that produce positive outcomes for our clients.

Organization

Effective and efficient organization serves as the foundations for staff satisfaction and performance. Our therapists are great at what they do, and we want them to focus on that, no distractions. That's why at Your Therapy, we take the administrative burden off our staff; from marketing to booking to billing. Our efficient organizational processes ensure our therapists need only concentrate on what really matters; our clients.

Life-Work Balance

“Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.” —Dolly Parton

At Your Therapy we want our staff to work as much, or as little as they want. We put Life before Work in the “balance” equation and as a result our staff are energized, motivated, happy people. Our clinicians have total control over when, where and for how long they work. We want work to fit into our therapists lives, not the other way around.

This means organizing clients within predetermined areas based on our therapists home or significant locations, no excess travel, no admin, no fuss. Maximizing our staff satisfaction results in maximizing the quality of therapy they provide, creating a win-win outcome for staff and clients alike.

If you want to increase the quality of your service, focus on increasing the happiness of your staff. Consider these 3 simple but key aspects and create outstanding results for your business, your team and your clients.
