DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

Your Therapy provides allied health services to NDIS clients.

If you are self managed, you may book directly with us and do not need a referral. 

If you are Plan Managed you are welcome to contact us directly or request your Support Coordinator to do so.

WILL I SEE THE SAME THERAPIST EVERY TIME?

Yes! At Your Therapy our staff want to build a long term relationship with you to achieve your goals. You will always see the same therapist unless you want to change, or that therapist is off sick or on leave.

HOW LONG IS A THERAPY SESSION?

This is Your Therapy, You decide! Our sessions start at a minimum of 30 minutes, however, if you prefer 45mins, 1 hour or longer its Your choice! You decide on when you have therapy, how often and for how long.

HOW DOES A HOME VISIT WORK? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

We will collect all your information prior to your appointment. You wont need to repeat yourself over and over, our therapists will be up to speed on your history from the start!

If you have a private area at your home, away from distractions where you are comfortable, that's great. Wearing comfortable clothes will make it easier for you to exercise and for our therapists to examine any particular areas that you want treated. 

ARE YOU COVID-SAFE?

At Your Therapy we have made changes to way we work to ensure we are COVID-safe and that you are protected. Have a read of our COVID-19 Policy to find out more. 

DO YOU COVER MY AREA?

Your Therapy cover all of Melbourne and Mornigton Peninsula in Victoria. Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast in Queensland.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

Cancelling your appointment is easy. Simply Log In to your client portal, select "My Bookings", select the appointment you wish to cancel and click the red "X" to cancel the appointment. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, log in to your client portal, select "My Appointments" and select "cancel". 

Remember, if you cancel less than 2 days in advance you will incur a cancellation fee. Let us know in advance and we can reschedule your appointment for a time that suits you.
