How to Join a Microsoft Teams Meeting from an Email Invite

Step 1: Open Your Email 📧

• Find the message that says “Microsoft Teams Meeting.”

 

Step 2: Click the Link 🔗

• Tap the blue link that says, “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting.”

Step 3: Choose How to Join 💻

• If you have the Teams app: It opens automatically.

• If not: Tap “Continue on this browser.”

 

Step 4: Turn On Your Microphone 🎤

• Look for the microphone icon

• If it has a line through it, tap it to turn it on.

• If asked, tap “Allow microphone”

Step 5: Turn on Your Camera 📷

• Look for the camera icon

• If it has a line through it, tap it to turn it on.

• If asked, tap “Allow camera”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6: Type Your Name ✍️

• So, your therapist knows who you are.

Step 7: Click “Join Now” 🚪

• Wait in the lobby until your therapist lets you in.
